Equal Pay
We hold the majority of the US's college degrees - but make at most 82 cents on the dollar. For Black and Hispanic women, the gaps are even wider: 70 cents and 65 respectively.
Equal Representation
Women own 42% of U.S. Businesses - a figure that's grown an astonishing 114% in the last 20 years. Yet women still hold just 25% of C-Suite roles and 32% of corporate board positions
Equal Funding
In 2023, only 1.8% of venture capital funding went towards female-founded startups, a decline from 2022. Only when a male founder was part of the founding team did that number increase to 26.1%
